Trimark Leadership
Trimark is governed by a Board of Directors which represents three physician constituencies, rural primary care, Fort Dodge primary care, Fort Dodge specialty care - and the parent corporation, Trinity Health Systems. An executive staff is in charge of day-to-day operations. The Board is responsible for policy, budgeting and other issues of governance for Trimark.
There are four operating committees: Clinical Practice Committee, Finance Committee, Marketing Committee and Quality and Clinical Integration Committee.
