Our physicians are specialists in Pediatrics, dedicated to the health and well being of our children. We offer a full range of services specific to children, including well child visits, immunizations, and 24 hour call services for illness. With special interests in pediatric and adolescent mental health and obesity, our physicians are available for any of your child’s healthcare needs.
Healthy Families in Motion
A new program is now available for children, ages 5 to 12 years. This program, Healthy Families in Motion, has been specifically created to address the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity and its complications. Sessions will include diet, nutrition, and exercise for the entire family.
This program will be starting on September 28, 2009. At this time, the program is free for the first six months. Call now for details.

To each appointment, please bring your insurance cards, medication list, co-pays and any additional important information.
In order to keep your clinic appointment as close to on time as possible, you may prepare helpful forms in advance.
Please complete and bring the age appropriate forms listed below to your well child visits.
