Trimark Pediatrics - Caring for children and teens

Welcome to our practice! Thank you for selecting Trimark Pediatrics for your children’s care. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of medical care as well as service that is caring and responsive to your needs.

Office Hours

Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00 am to Noon. Every attempt is made to see sick children on the day that you call. We request that you schedule well child exams and school/sports physicals several weeks in advance whenever possible.

Cancellation policy

Your schedule appointment time is reserved for you and we request that you inform us 24 hours in advance of any changes. This allows us to offer the time to patients who are waiting to be seen. We understand that your time is valuable, as is the time of our physicians who are here to serve you.

PLEASE bring insurance cards to all visits. Co-pays are due at time of service

After hours

A physician is available whenever the office is closed for emergencies and questions that cannot wait for usual office hours. Please call our regular office phone number 574-6855 to access the on call physician.

Physicals and Well Child Exams

The basis of good care is continuity and getting to know you and your family over time. This way we hopefully will prevent problems or catch them in the early stages. We encourage you to adhere to the recommended schedule for well child exams from birth through the teenage years. These exams are times to discuss problems with growth, feeding, sleeping, behavior, development, speech/ language, and to receive immunizations.

Note: Sports physicals in older children and teens may be required yearly.

 Well Child Visits

Our providers use Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ-3) assessments for all Well Child Visits.  What is ASQ-3?

In order to keep your clinic appointment on-time and minimize your wait time, you may print and complete the age appropriate forms in advance.

To print and complete your childs ASQ-3 questionnaire form prior to your next appointment, please click HERE.

No Insurance?

Health care coverage for uninsured kids is more affordable than you think.  You work hard to make ends meet. That's why Iowa offers hawk-i health care coverage for uninsured children of working families. No family pays more than $40 a month. Some families even pay nothing at all.   To get more information, click here

Does my child have ADHD?

Scales and checklists help professionals obtain information from parents, teachers, and others about symptoms and functioning in various settings, which is necessary for an appropriate assessment for ADHD and treatment monitoring. Symptoms must be present in more than one setting (for example, both at home and in school) to meet criteria for the condition. Such instruments are only one component of a comprehensive evaluation, which includes a medical examination and interviews.  Print Parent Checklist here.
