Laine Dvorak, M.D.
Dr. Dvorak ., A.B.F.P., F.A.F.P., received his medical degree from the University of Iowa. He completed his residency in Waterloo at the Blackhawk Area Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Dvorak is board certified in Family Practice. He is a member of the Trimark Physicians Group Board of Directors. Dr. Dvorak is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice (A.A.F.P.) and Past President of the Iowa Academy of Family Practice. He is current chair of the Humboldt County Board of Health. Dr. Dvorak is also past chair of the Rural Health and Primary Care Advisory Board for the State of Iowa. He is the current Chief of Staff at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Dvorak has been providing care to patients in Humboldt since 1981. New patients are being accepted to his established medical practice.
Dr. Dvorak’s wife, Marjorie, is a teacher with the Humboldt Community School System. They have three adult children. Dr. Dvorak enjoys being with his family, playing the piano and organ.
