Family Practice is a group of physicians who treat a wide variety of illnesses and a wide range of ages from birth to geriatrics.  This includes preventative care as well as acute care of the individual.

To each appointment, please bring your insurance cards, medication list, co-pays and any additional important information.

Parking/Valet Parking

Family Practice is located near the front entrance of the Trinity Regional Medical Center.  Patients may self-park near the main entrance of the hospital or take advantage of our free valet parking at Trinity's front door.  

Valet Parking Hours:
Monday through Friday only.
Main Entrance/POB East: 7:30am to 5:00pm
